Students will use Tinkercad to make a tealight, and can make the project more challenging by wiring their own electronics.

3D Printer
3D Modeling Software, Tinkercad
Electronic Tools (optional)
3D Filament
Students used Tinkercad to create miniature winter/holiday scenes to place on top of a battery operated tealight. A template project was provided that included some very small seasonal items (pine tree, gifts, ornaments), as well as a base and a container for the tealight. Students are encouraged to create their own miniature items - letters, symbols, characters, snowflakes, etc - keeping in mind that they need to be able to print small!
