Students use simple electronics and everyday materials to create light-up constellations.

Electronics tools
LEDs and copper tape
Corrugated plastic
Push pin
Students map out a pattern and set up simple circuitry so the display will light in desired locations using LEDs and copper tape. This project could be used as an introduction to soldering depending on the complexity of the constellation.
